    This fire department officers' training and management course has been developed and is owned by William T. Griffin, as the author, and VFD-Funding, as the publisher, both of whom own all intellectual property rights relating to the on-line training program.

    You may visit VFD-Funding.com at any time to review the content of this course, on-line, including all modules, information content, lessons, examples and exercises.  You may do so with other members and officers of your fire department and/or other friends and colleagues in the volunteer fire and EMS department community.  You are encouraged to do so.

    HOWEVER, you may NOT print, copy, re-copy, distribute, use, modify, enlarge, or otherwise disseminate, distribute or sell any information, fact, thing, idea, concept, opinion, instructional material, outline, syllabus, example, or exercise, contained in this on-line use only VFD/EMS Management Course, without the expressed written permission of its author, William T. Griffin, and its publisher, VFD-Funding.

    You may NOT teach any concept, lesson, example or exercise from this course unless:

        1.    You have completed the entire VFD Management course as a registered user,

        2.    You have passed the final exam with a score greater than 95%

        3.    You have additionally taken the teaching/instructor's component of this course and passed it with a score of 100%.

        4.    You have taught a minimum of one entire (1) VFD Management Course, as a Teaching Assistant under the supervision of William T. Griffin and VFD-Funding.

        5.    You have been issued an Instructor's Certification by VFD-Funding to teach this VFD-Management course.

        6.    You notify VFD-Funding and William T. Griffin for each new course that you advertise and teach.

        7.    You purchase the instructor's manual and all text materials for each student you teach from VFD-Funding.

    Failure to comply with the terms of use of this VFD Management Course and the intellectual property rights will be a direct and overt violation of the Federal Copyright laws, International Copyright laws, and will result in the appropriate actions, which may also include compensatory and punitive damages, as a form of relief and restitution.
